Finding a job these days is indeed a hard time for most people. Some found successful jobs while others found that are not related to their passion but still manage it  whether they like it or not due to financial crisis. It’s what like they say, “Be Practical”. In order to lessen this kind of mentality, it will be helpful to others  mostly to fresh new graduates if they had a wide range of information in looking for the right career  or simply  “Tips on how to find a Job”.

Here are some tips/guide on how to find a job:


1.    Know your strength and weaknesses
If you are a job hunter, you must determine what are your skills that can make you rise above the others and will make you stand out. You should also define your weaknesses so that you can conquer and make easier for you to cope on it.

2.    Enhance your Abilities
Enhancing your skills will help you find a job that best suits you. This will support your chosen career to like you if you show attentiveness on it by improving your skills and preference.

3.    Research the  Company
Doing an exclusive research about the company you want to apply on is a very big deal. It’s a plus factor if you have knowledge about them. They will see that you are very attentive and give the main attention only for their company. Just always remember that you’re not the only one applying for that position so it’s an effort if you will do a research.

4.    Be Courageous and Smart
As a jobseeker, one must possessed qualities that will enable him to walk on through. Have the courage to apply on your desired job. This will allow you to express your true self and manage it stress-free. In addition, always be smart not just physically but also mentally capable.  Show to them that you are qualified and can benefit to the improvement of their company’s welfare.

5.    Plan your Resume Well
A resume is an important document needed when searching for a job. This is the first thing you should consider because this is the instrument that recognizes who you are, your achievements, and your references. This must contain facts and up to date information about you. Note: do not ever lie on what you had given on the resume for this will serve as a primary basis of choosing you on the said position.

6.    Boost with Confidence when Interviewed
If you had taken all the tips mentioned above and is now ready for a job interview, boost yourself with confidence, don’t be afraid, show to them that you are ready to answer and do any questions and tasks they are about to give. Through this, they will see that you came to the interview well-prepared.
